August is full of Raw Food Events and I wanted to get the information out early enough so that people could get the dates on their own calendars. We are having 2 Raw Food Potlucks this month, and Hold the Heat Raw Food Makery is offering raw food classes.

August Raw Food Potlucks:
Please e-mail with questions or if you need help with ideas of what to bring. There is no need to be "a raw foodist" to attend the potlucks, everyone is welcome. We simply ask that you bring a vegan raw food dish to share. Details follow:
