topics include: getting acquainted with raw foods (what do raw foodist actually eat?), raw food reasoning (why this lifestyle is beneficial), knife skills, tour of a raw food kitchen, sprouting 101, making nut cheeses, raw food meals that don’t require dehydration or blenders, meals that do require special equipment, desserts, entrees, flax chips, raw chocolate, and anything that you feel you could benefit from learning….
$25 per night includes dinner, instruction, sited, well researched handouts and information, save $10 if all classes are paid for upfront
